Each of our tumblers begins its journey as a blank canvas, ready to be transformed into a work of art. The process starts in the digital realm, where I meticulously design and tailor each pattern or text to create a unique, personal touch that sets these tumblers apart.
Once the design is perfected, it's time to bring it into the physical world. The tumbler is carefully mounted and precisely aligned within our state-of-the-art CO2 laser engraver. This is where the magic happens: the laser meticulously carves the design into the tumbler's surface, revealing intricate details and creating a permanent, elegant engraving that is both beautiful and durable.
After engraving, each tumbler is thoroughly washed to remove any residues, ensuring the finished product is clean and ready for use. The final step in the journey is packaging, where the tumbler is securely wrapped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed or given as a cherished gift.

Return Policy: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at vince@convincedengraving.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at vince@convincedengraving.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (like personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. Contact us with any specific questions.
Exchanges: To ensure you receive the item you want, return the original item (after acceptance) and make a new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
